Privacy Policy

Overview
Watermarkerly is a free, browser-based watermark tool. All image processing happens entirely on your device using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images never leave your browser — there is no server to send them to.
Data We Collect
None. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No cookies — We do not use cookies of any kind (first-party, third-party, tracking, or functional).
- No analytics — We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
- No image uploads — Your images are processed locally in your browser's RAM. They are never transmitted over the network.
- No accounts — No registration, email collection, or user profiles.
- No fingerprinting — We do not use browser or device fingerprinting techniques.
Local Storage
We may use your browser's LocalStorage to remember your watermark preferences (such as text, color, and position) between sessions. This data:
- Is stored only on your device
- Is never sent to any server
- Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data
Third-Party Services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google's font service may log standard server access information (IP address, browser type). Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details. No other third-party services are used.
Children's Privacy
Watermarkerly does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, this concern does not apply.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Because Watermarkerly collects zero personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or port. You have no personal data stored on our servers because we have no data servers processing user information.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs. Refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Since we collect no data, material changes are unlikely.
