Description of Service

Watermarkerly is a free, browser-based tool that lets you add text or image watermarks to your photos. All processing happens entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. No images are uploaded to any server.

Ownership of Content

You retain 100% ownership of all images you process using Watermarkerly. We do not claim any rights to your content. Since your images never leave your device, we never have access to them.

Permitted Use

Watermarkerly is free for both personal and commercial use. You may use it to watermark images for any lawful purpose, including professional photography, e-commerce, social media, and print.

User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

The Watermarkerly name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of Watermarkerly. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application without permission.

No Warranties

Watermarkerly is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watermarkerly and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, images, or revenue.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
